Responsibilities

  • Identify and partner with new and existing staffing clients to grow the book of business.
  • Network with professionals who control labor decisions and require temporary workers.
  • Develop sales skills and business strategy in collaboration with Staffing Connection Corporate Sales and the Columbia branch.
  • Generate leads from inception to close, meeting or exceeding weekly goals.
  • Execute branch sales strategy by sourcing and qualifying new leads, developing workforce solutions, and closing orders.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by closing additional up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and document strategies to hit target KPIs.
  • Utilize technology and CRM systems to manage and track sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or industrial/construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Strong leadership skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in food processing, hospitality, manufacturing, or warehousing sectors.
  • Previous staffing industry experience.
