About the position

As an Outside Sales Manager Rep at Generator Supercenter, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging directly with potential and existing customers to promote and sell Generac Generators. Our company prides itself on providing high-quality leads, which means you will not be burdened with cold-calling or door-to-door sales. Instead, you will attend scheduled home appointments with customers who have already expressed interest in our products. This unique approach allows you to focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while our dedicated office team handles the prequalification and scheduling of leads. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face sales interactions, ensuring that each customer receives the best possible service. You will be responsible for managing your schedule, attending appointments punctually, and following up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. The office team will support you by educating customers about our offerings and prequalifying them, allowing you to concentrate on closing sales and collecting payments. Generator Supercenter is recognized as the number one Generac dealer in North America, and we are committed to providing our employees with extensive training to ensure a professional experience at every step. You will have access to tools such as an iPad for generating quotes, financing options, and documenting customer interactions through pictures and videos. Our service area covers a 100-mile radius from Ontario, CA, including Orange County, LA County, San Diego County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face sales interactions with potential and existing customers.
  • Attend scheduled home appointments with prequalified leads.
  • Provide the best possible customer experience during sales interactions.
  • Collect payments from customers after successful sales.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be flexible with time and have reliable transportation to all appointments.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience is required.
  • Must have a compatible phone for RazorSync and Sales Force applications.
  • Excellent time management skills are essential, with a commitment to punctuality for all appointments.
  • Ability to organize and document customer interactions through pictures, videos, and notes.
