The Sr. Growth Manager (Outside Sales Manager) at Privia Health is a pivotal role that requires a dynamic individual to be embedded within their market. This position is focused on building relationships with prospective physician practices, generating qualified leads for a specified territory, and achieving targets for the overall recruitment of providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG). The primary goal of the Sr. Growth Manager is to significantly increase the number of unique encounters with prospects and enhance market share by implementing an aggressive growth strategy. This role is ideal for those who aspire to excel as a world-class salesperson in the healthcare sector. In this position, the Sr. Growth Manager will conduct targeted, relationship-building, in-person calls on prospective independent physician practices. The aim is to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities, ultimately leading to setting qualified appointments. The role also involves managing a sales quota, following up with interested physicians, and tracking activities, leads, and pending deals using Salesforce (CRM). Participation in weekly sales meetings and calls with both internal and external teams is essential to ensure alignment and progress. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Sr. Growth Manager will work closely with in-office Growth Operations Associates to gather intelligence, research, and qualify prospects. Additionally, they will help segment the market/region with the Director to develop a targeted list of independent primary care practices. The position requires the development of strategies to maximize market presence and contribute new ideas and best practices to a rapidly scaling national sales team. Building relationships with potential partners and maintaining communication with prospects are also critical components of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted, relationship-building, in-person calls on prospective independent physician practices to identify decision makers and qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments.
  • Manage a quota and follow up with interested physicians managing opportunities to close.
  • Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce (CRM) and participate in weekly sales meetings and calls with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate closely with in-office Growth Operations Associates to gather intelligence, research, and qualify prospects.
  • Help to segment a market/region with the Director to further develop a target list of independent primary care practices.
  • Develop strategies for maximizing our presence in-market.
  • Contribute new ideas and share best practices with a rapidly scaling national sales team.
  • Create relationships with potential partners.
  • Follow through with communications to prospects.
  • Work with the varied constituencies in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience selling products or services in a professional environment.
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Strong objection management and sales techniques preferred.
  • Healthcare experience working with physician offices preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and physician practices.
