About the position

The Outside Sales Manager for the RP Team in Detroit, MI is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents and brokers to drive sales of home warranty products. This role involves significant client interaction, attending industry events, and generating new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities

• Develop and build long-term professional relationships with real estate agents and brokers.
• Proactively reach out to and schedule meetings with clients and referral partners.
• Meet face-to-face with members of the real estate community to educate them on home warranty benefits.
• Provide presentations to highlight product features and value propositions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales/partnership process.
• Utilize CRM software to track activities, appointments, and customer information.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through new business generation.

Requirements

• Ability to identify and meet sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and consultative skills.
• Open to utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Comfortable with group presentations and public speaking.
• Coachable and trainable, able to apply feedback effectively.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
