About the position

MaxHome is seeking a Home Improvement Sales Manager to lead the sales team in Houston, TX. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching and training sales staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales forecast within policy guidelines.
• Coach and train salespersons to improve their skills and performance.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new Sales Consultants.
• Maintain a well-trained staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Promote company mission and values while maintaining positive relationships with all departments.
• Complete daily customer follow-up calls and maintain personal sales volume.
• Create a motivational sales environment to enhance sales skills.
• Conduct productive sales meetings with the Director of Sales.
• Handle unique customers including commercial clients and contractors.
• Review sold files for proper pricing and adherence to guidelines.

Requirements

• Home Improvement Sales Experience required.
• Previous management experience of a team of 10+ Sales Representatives.
• Strong leadership skills and proven experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ambition and discipline.
