About the position

Concrete Driveway Co is seeking self-motivated and driven Outside Sales Managers to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This hybrid opportunity is designed for high-performing sales individuals who are eager to help drive growth for the company, serve our customer base, and achieve financial freedom. We are looking for candidates who identify as hungry, humble, and honest, and who are ready to take on the challenges of the sales process. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will compete at each phase of the sales process, from pre-qualified estimates to closing deals. You will manage an organized pipeline of deals in the sales cycle accurately using our CRM system. This role requires travel within your designated territory to meet pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled times throughout the day. You will communicate honest and transparent expectations to help each customer become an educated and informed buyer, estimate and send professional quotes to homeowners, and follow up post-estimate to close the sales. Additionally, you will work alongside the production team to ensure that sold jobs are ready to be executed, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service.

Responsibilities

  • Compete at each phase of the sales process, from pre-qualified estimates to closed deals.
  • Manage an organized pipeline of deals in the sales cycle accurately in CRM.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of closing sales experience (required).
  • B2C sales experience (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Desire to serve customers well.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and knowledge retention.
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the concrete industry.
  • Previous experience in a hybrid sales role.
