Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to maximize team performance.
• Set clear sales targets and expectations for the team.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or business customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through door-to-door canvassing and community events.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations highlighting the value of telecom services.
• Close sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in Solar, Telecom, Energy, or Alarm Systems.
• Prior experience in sales management or team leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and desire to build their own company.
