About the position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding team as an entry-level sales to management position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally, you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities. This position requires a clean background and your own transportation. Established over 120 years ago, our company offers an average first-year earnings potential of $75,000 to $95,000. We provide a great retirement plan and access to company benefits, along with a weekly bonus structure. Leads will be provided at no cost, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales effectively. You will also be expected to attend weekly Monday office meetings in Troy, service an existing client base while acquiring your own, and report daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM. Your daily focus will be on client management and growth, training, and leadership development, with the potential to advance into leadership roles within the company.

Responsibilities
