The Outside Sales & Canvassing Manager at Best Choice Roofing is a leadership role focused on driving sales and managing a team of canvassers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and team management within the roofing or construction industry. The role involves developing sales strategies, leading canvassing efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer service to expand the company's customer base and achieve high retention rates.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, train, and motivate a team of 5+ canvassing and sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new opportunities.
  • Lead door-to-door canvassing campaigns, host local events, and build strong partnerships to establish a strong local presence.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and work towards achieving high customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize tools like AccuLynx to track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct interviews and onboard new canvassing team members to grow your team's capabilities.
  • Actively engage in generating leads and supporting your team on the ground to drive new business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience with door-to-door marketing, lead generation, and sales closing strategies.
  • Understanding of insurance claims and experience communicating roofing estimates to homeowners.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for building teams and achieving targets.
