The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering and banquet sales in the Las Vegas Valley. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of human behavior and a passion for helping clients find the right products and services. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a list of contacts for potential catering opportunities.
• Build relationships with new vendors and venues to create catering opportunities.
• Facilitate sales functions as directed by management.
• Organize promotional events to enhance catering business.
• Coordinate events and conduct outside catering sales with the Sales Development Representative.
• Identify weaknesses in existing catering sales materials and develop creative solutions.
• Communicate with senior management about catering sales initiatives and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in catering sales and promotional experience.
• 2+ years in catering sales management experience with measurable sales numbers.
• Valid Driver's License.
