We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Home Services Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales initiatives. The Outside Plumbing Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our technician team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for our plumbing services. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach along with strong leadership skills. The company provides the leads, so no cold calling is required; the focus will be on responding to provided residential leads. In this role, you will lead, manage, and motivate the outside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, conduct regular sales meetings, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement of the sales team. Engaging with clients is crucial; you will meet with residential clients to understand their plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions. This includes preparing and presenting proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Performance management is also a key aspect of this position. You will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team, and prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry, who possesses a strong understanding of plumbing systems, products, and services, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
