Responsibilities

  • Compete at each phase of the sales process, from pre-qualified estimates to closed deals.
  • Manage an organized pipeline of deals in the sales cycle accurately in CRM.
  • Travel within territory to meet pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled times throughout the day.
  • Communicate honest and transparent expectations to help each customer become an educated and informed buyer.
  • Estimate and send professional quotes to homeowners.
  • Follow up with homeowners post estimate to close the sales.
  • Work alongside the production team to ensure sold jobs are ready to be executed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of closing sales experience (required).
  • B2C sales experience (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Desire to serve customers well.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and knowledge retention.
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently.
