About the position

Summit Financial is currently seeking a full-time Outside Sales Manager to join our team in Nebraska. This role is pivotal in our business-to-business market, where our agents build strong relationships with company owners, general managers, and HR directors. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with clients to provide them with the best possible solutions for their health insurance needs. You will start each day ready to engage with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and recommending appropriate options while clearly explaining the associated benefits. In addition to client interactions, this position involves training and developing other team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. You will participate in all required Sales Professional meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. The role offers a flexible schedule, typically working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with limited travel involved. Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to provide health insurance solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
