About the position

As the District Manager for Revamped Security, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Tyler sales team. This position is designed for individuals who have a proven track record in outside sales and possess a sportsman-like mindset. Your primary responsibility will be to produce results with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into ADT customers while effectively selling the ADT product suite and alarm services. You will be instrumental in mentoring, developing, motivating, and coaching Sales Representatives to ensure their success. In this role, you will regularly communicate results and job expectations to your team, helping them to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for developing performance metrics for the sales teams and monitoring their results to ensure continuous improvement. Regular participation in ride-alongs will be expected, allowing you to monitor the progress of both new and existing representatives. Additionally, you will hold regular sales meetings with your Sales Team to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Maintaining minimum personal sales requirements is also a key aspect of this position, alongside performing other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management. This role involves a mix of outside sales work and office work, including training and administrative tasks, all while leading from the front in a business-to-consumer sales environment. Establishing a winning culture within your office will be essential to your success and the success of your team.

Responsibilities

  • Produce results with the Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into ADT customers.
  • Sell the ADT product suite and alarm services.
  • Mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Representatives.
  • Communicate results and job expectations regularly to the team.
  • Develop performance metrics for sales teams and monitor results.

  • Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management.
