About the position

The Outside Sales Manager at Buffalo Biodiesel, Inc. is responsible for leading the outside sales team and expanding the company's representative network across 15 states. This role requires expertise in cold calling and door-to-door sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and managing contracts. The position is integral to the company's growth strategy, leveraging over 18 years of experience in recycling used cooking oil for biodiesel production.

Responsibilities

  • Making sales calls.
  • Contract enforcement.
  • Analyze current economic trends to identify business opportunities that generate revenue resources and increase profits.
  • Recruiting and training of new outside sales representatives.
  • Scheduling training and ride-alongs with new and existing reps.
  • Ensuring new contracts are verified and correct.
  • Develop SOP and manuals for sales structure/marketing goals.
  • Extensive travel required.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales/marketing experience required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of cold calling experience required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of managerial experience required.
  • Drug-free lifestyle.
  • A clean motor vehicle report.
  • The ability to travel to Canada.
