About the position

The Outside Sales Manager role is focused on driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The position requires expertise in technology sales, particularly in Windows and Door Sales, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting how our products can solve their challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities in various markets.
• Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively convey product value to potential customers.
• A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
