Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the outside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement of the sales team.
  • Meet with residential clients to understand their plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
