The Reliability Services Business Development Manager is an outside sales role focused on acquiring new, profitable business while maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers. This position is crucial for increasing Wilcox + Flegel's market position and achieving financial growth. The manager will collaborate with the General Manager, Reliability Services Team, marketing staff, and internal Sales Team to drive profitable sales growth in Reliability Services. The role covers a diverse range of Commercial and Industrial prospects, including sectors such as Industrial Manufacturing, Construction, Power Generation, Mining, Machining, Logging, Trucking Fleets, and Agriculture. In this fast-paced environment, the primary focus is on acquiring new customers and developing sales volume and profitability through a technical sales approach. The manager is expected to consistently embody the company's Core Values and will benefit from a Base + Commission structure, including commission protection for up to one year. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and advancing a robust sales pipeline.
