Responsibilities
- Complete inspections of interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Commercial service offerings.
- Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards.
- Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Communicate the value of services and transition prospects to McCall customers.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
- Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance daily performance.
- Maintain a Safety-First mindset when operating company equipment and vehicles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
