About the position
The Outside Sales Professional at Neptune Society is responsible for generating sales through company-provided leads, utilizing various sources such as web leads, direct mail responses, and in-person seminars. This role offers a generous compensation package with uncapped commission potential, along with comprehensive training and development opportunities. The position is designed for individuals who are motivated to succeed in sales while helping families with end-of-life planning.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales using company-provided leads from various sources.
- Participate in weekly sales and marketing strategy workshops.
- Complete the SCI Direct Certification Level Training Program for career development.
- Attend in-person seminars to promote services.
- Maintain strong communication with potential clients.
Requirements
- Desire to make money while helping people.
- Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain an insurance license and pass the insurance licensing background check.
- Previous experience in outside sales, direct sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in insurance sales (1 year preferred).
- Experience in direct sales (1 year preferred).
