About the position

The Outside Sales Project Manager at Sport Court Midwest is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for residential and commercial sport court builds. This role involves nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring project oversight from start to finish. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for sports, and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior customer experience serving as the primary contact for residential and commercial sport court builds.
• Effectively answer customer questions while educating clients on the court building process.
• Own the full sales cycle process to track performance and ensure communication and success.
• Communicate with clients through in person meetings, phone calls, and email.
• Nurture residential and commercial leads while utilizing sales techniques to build a base of new leads and referrals.
• Prepare and provide clients with all sales documents including proposals, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Ensure project oversight to take care of clients from start to finish, including visiting job sites on build days.

Requirements

• 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Organizational skills and great time management abilities.
• A sports background and competitive nature are ideal.
• Experience in outside sales or in-person sales is a plus.
