About the position

The Outside Sales Project Manager at S&G Carpet and More is responsible for driving sales revenue and profitability through exceptional customer service and project management. This role involves managing relationships with subcontractors and existing clients while expanding the customer base primarily in the Greater South Bay Area. The position allows for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home, utilizing a company vehicle for client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales revenue and profitability through quality customer service.
• Generate and capture sales outside the organization, focusing on single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management companies.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and manage a current book of business.
• Identify strategies to attract more prospects.
• Ensure satisfaction of existing accounts with S&G services.
• Create marketing materials and sales tools targeting key decision-makers.
• Develop sales strategies to qualify and close interested prospects.
• Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices.

Requirements

• Mid-level project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
