About the position

The Outside Sales Promotional Manager at Continental Siding Supply is responsible for overseeing the Field Marketing promoters and engaging in sales and marketing activities to promote the company's products and services. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to build customer relationships while achieving lead generation goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage In-Field Promotional team to achieve Lead goals set by the company
• Schedule weekly objectives for the team using provided tools and systems
• Hold daily and weekly meetings with the team to review objectives
• Locate and schedule staff for all events
• Generate leads and assist the team with lead generation
• Hold team members accountable for all objectives set
• Travel to onsite events
• Hire and train new hires
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing sales teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus
