About the position

The Outside Sales Promotional Manager at Continental Siding Supply is responsible for overseeing the In Field Marketing Promoter duties, managing a promotional team, and ensuring lead generation goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to influence decisions in a competitive environment. The manager will also be involved in scheduling, training, and holding team members accountable for their objectives, while working closely with the team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage In-Field Promotional team to achieve Lead goals set by the company
• Schedule weekly objectives for the team using provided tools and systems
• Hold daily and weekly meetings with the team to review objectives
• Locate and schedule staff for all events
• Generate leads and assist the team with lead generation
• Hold team members accountable for all objectives set
• Responsible for hiring and training new team members, managing their schedules, and ensuring their success

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating procedure manuals
• Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and interpret data
