About the position

ShowMe Beverages is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Specialist to join our team in the Columbia Lake of Ozarks area. This full-time, commission-based position offers the opportunity to earn a substantial income, with top performers making over $75,000 annually. As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing a portfolio of 100 to 150 accounts monthly, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation methods. You will also conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase our diverse beverage offerings, collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive revenue growth. In this position, you will work remotely, covering a defined sales territory while utilizing CRM software to track sales activities and manage leads. Your ability to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments will be crucial in identifying opportunities for business expansion. Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities within your territory through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential clients, showcasing the quality and variety of our beverage offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and earn a high commission.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Account Management with 100 - 150 accounts monthly.
  • Previous experience in beverage sales, or related industry is a plus.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
