About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team based in Denver, Colorado, covering the entire state. This role focuses on generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals in the doorstep/valet trash service industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with a strong desire to close deals and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory.
• Attend industry events such as apartment association meetings and trade shows.
• Perform up to 50 site visits per week to engage with new business.
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program Salesforce.
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
• Work directly with sales directors to achieve goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in outside sales.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
• CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
• Multi-family experience preferred.
