About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Buildingstars is responsible for managing appointments set by the Inside Sales Team and engaging in B2B sales. This role requires a competitive and results-driven individual who is committed to building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The position offers a lucrative compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped commission, along with a company car and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Run appointments set by the Inside Sales Team.
  • Sell B2B contracts in the service industry.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and process effectively.
  • Build exceptional rapport with customers during the sales process.
  • Engage internal resources to create customized service programs for customers.
  • Leverage Buildingstars sales methodology to identify customer problems and address their needs.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the Regional Director and Inside Sales Representatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B Outside Sales experience.
  • Ability to create strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
  • Maintain relationships with Leadership, Sales, and Operations peers.
  • Utilize CRM for effective prospecting and managing sales pipeline.
