About the position

RSL Medical Marketing is looking for a Laboratory Sales Support/Representative to market toxicology laboratory services to healthcare businesses, including hospitals, private practices, and clinics. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a solid understanding of toxicology services and a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our toxicology services to potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the toxicology or medical laboratory sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of toxicology testing services and their applications in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
