About the position

The UPS Store #2903 in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Rep for our Print Services department. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, offering excellent opportunities for growth and advancement in the Print Services industry. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, networking, and building strong relationships with clients in the West Chester and surrounding areas. This role is crucial for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the competitive print services market. In this position, you will develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to generate new business for Print Services. You will identify and prospect potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, attending networking events, and leveraging referrals. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both new and existing clients will be key to your success. You will conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our Print Services, ensuring that clients understand the value we provide. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients in a timely manner, collaborating with internal team members to coordinate and fulfill client requests. Staying informed about industry trends, products, and services will help you maintain a competitive edge in the market. Achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals will be essential aspects of your role, and your performance will directly impact the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the PCS or printing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
