About the position

The Outside Sales Representative for Printer and Copier Systems at CruiTek is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in the Nashville area. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored technology solutions, and managing contracts. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers in the middle Tennessee area.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their document management needs and provide tailored technology solutions.
  • Assess customer requirements and leverage technical understanding of printer and copier equipment to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our printer and copier systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing information, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns and providing exceptional after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or office equipment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Technical understanding of printer and copier systems to assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer contracts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the middle Tennessee area as required.
