About the position

The Territory Manager - Fixed is a high-impact sales role focused on generating profitable revenue through new customer acquisition and account growth within designated territories, specifically in the fixed surveillance market. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, emphasizing the need for a 'hunter' mentality rather than an account management focus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and establishing relationships with target accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas established by the company.
  • Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to identify, engage, and win new business opportunities in the fixed surveillance market.
  • Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing) principles to qualify leads and assess opportunities aligned with the company's target customer profile.
  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are effectively tracked and advanced.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with target accounts at all organizational levels, conducting on-site visits and solution-based presentations.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition, delivering technical solutions that support clients in enhancing security, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other intelligence tools for effective prospecting and outreach.
  • Negotiate and close sales and service agreements, securing profitable and long-term client relationships.
  • Stay informed about the company's fixed surveillance solutions and the broader market to represent the company with credibility and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of sales experience; experience in service-based or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success and quota achievement.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficient in applying BANT methodology for qualifying and prioritizing sales leads or SPIN Selling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver tailored presentations.
  • Skilled in Salesforce CRM (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
