About the position

As a Sales Representative - Outside Sales at MiFiber, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the Washington region. This role is designed for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and achieving sales targets. You will engage with potential customers, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our brand within the Core Fiber Partners family. In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and lead generation activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both prospects and existing customers is crucial, as you will need to understand their needs and present appropriate product and service offerings. You will conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Core Fiber's offerings and close sales deals. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team for onboarding and ongoing account management. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets consistently will be a significant part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to continuously expand your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the sales management team will also be part of your duties. You will utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage your sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline effectively. This position is office-based out of Newport, Washington, and requires a willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region through various channels, including cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related sales role within any subscriber based recurring revenue industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
