Service Partners has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and enhance our business. The Outside Sales Rep acts as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division, while aggressively growing sales and promoting the Service Partners brand. Responsibilities

  • Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution division.
  • Aggressively grow sales and promote the Service Partners brand.
  • Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, focusing on hunting and bringing in new business rather than just account management.
  • General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
  • Comprehension of construction drawings.
  • Flexibility to cover a territory with a 250-mile radius and overnight requirements.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insulation or building materials industry.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
