This position is a full-time role that operates on a commission-only basis, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales. You will have an average of 12-15 qualified appointments per week, focusing on customers seeking quotes for flooring or bath renovations. The compensation structure includes a commission rate of 10% of the contract price, with an average contract value of $11,000, leading to an average commission of $825 per deal. Additionally, you will receive a trip fee of $25 per appointment run to cover gas expenses. For those who excel, there is a monthly volume bonus range of $800 to $6,000, rewarding you for achieving higher sales volumes. Go Flooring is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days of employment. The average annual earnings for our representatives are around $115,000, with top performers earning over $200,000 annually. Payments are made upon installation, which typically takes an average of 5 days.
