AmeriPro Roofing, one of the largest residential roofing contractors in the nation, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in the Northwest and Northern Chicago Suburbs. This role is crucial as it involves educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements related to storm damage, specifically concerning roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Our mission is to protect homeowners' most valued investments at a fraction of retail costs, and we are committed to ensuring that our sales representatives can effectively communicate this value to potential clients. What sets AmeriPro Roofing apart from the competition is our comprehensive support structure. We have fully staffed departments dedicated to every stage of the job process, which allows our Outside Sales Representatives to focus on what they do best—selling. Our support includes providing measurements, estimating, handling supplements, conducting reinspections, ordering materials, managing subcontractors, and facilitating collections of funds. This means that our sales representatives do not have to wait long to receive their hard-earned commissions; we pay out commissions on collected revenue as soon as checks are turned in. As a fast-growing company operating in 40 markets across 19 states, we aim to expand to 50 branches within the next five years, and our Outside Sales Representatives play a vital role in this growth. In terms of compensation, we offer a draw advancement versus commission structure, allowing for steady pay while also providing commissions on approved sales. The salary range for this position is between $67,000 and $266,000 per year, depending on performance. Additional benefits include a vehicle allowance for qualifying vehicles, quarterly bonuses based on revenue goals, full insurance benefits (health, dental, vision, and life), a 401K plan with a 4% employer match, and a robust training and development program. This is a W-2 position, not a 1099, and we provide company-issued leads to supplement self-generated opportunities, ensuring our sales representatives have the best chance for success.
