In this role, you will have the opportunity to unleash your earning potential with a commission structure that rewards your hard work. You will earn 10% of the contract value, with an average deal size of $11,000. Additionally, you will receive a trip fee of $25 per appointment, with gas covered. Monthly volume bonuses can range from $800 to $6,000, leading to average annual earnings of over $115,000. Top performers in this role are earning over $200,000 annually! As we continue to expand into new states, we prioritize internal promotions for managerial and regional roles, providing you with ample growth opportunities. You will benefit from fast installations, with payments processed quickly as installations are completed in an average of just 5 days. You will represent top-quality, American-made products from renowned brands such as Shaw and Mohawk. With 12-15 qualified appointments per week, you will be working with customers who are ready to buy, making your job easier and more rewarding. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close sales for flooring products and services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell flooring solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or flooring industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to relocate to Salisbury, NC before starting work.
