In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with pre-set and pre-qualified appointments, eliminating the need for cold calls. Our comprehensive training program, along with targeted one-on-one coaching and continuous mentoring, ensures that you will learn, earn, and excel in your sales career. You will be responsible for meeting with homeowners who have expressed interest in our services, conducting dynamic sales presentations, and managing customer relationships from the initial sale through to installation and beyond. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer has a five-star experience, which will lead to continual referrals and repeat business. You will also participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss your progress, share feedback, and identify areas for improvement. As a brand ambassador for our company, you will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a quote for home improvement services and listen to their needs.
  • Execute dynamic sales presentations, aligning educational content and proposed service options to customers' goals and budgets.
  • Manage customer relationships from sale to installation and onto continual referrals, ensuring a 5-star experience throughout.
  • Ensure all required financing, contract, and other documents are received.
  • Meet or exceed activity and results goals.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to provide feedback on work experiences and improvement ideas, and discuss results, development opportunities, and coaching needs.
  • Act as a Company Brand Ambassador, exhibiting a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, communications, or related area is a plus.
  • 2+ years of proven B2C (business-to-consumer) sales success.
  • Experience with home improvement sales, replacement windows sales, bathroom remodeling sales, exterior home product sales, roofing sales, and other related home service sales is highly desired.
  • Professional demeanor with an outgoing personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven.
  • Ability to embrace and learn our sales methodology, scripts, and product attributes.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, iPad/Apps.
