About the position

We are seeking an outside sales representative to join our Houston team at Superior Office Products, Inc. This role involves marketing Xerox equipment and solutions to both new and existing customers, leveraging a strong support system from our partnership with Xerox Corporation. The position emphasizes a balance between work and personal life, with opportunities for professional development and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement strategies to market Xerox equipment, solutions, and managed print services to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a large base of qualified prospects provided by Superior technologies and assets.
  • Collaborate with team members at the company office and home office.
  • Close business deals and ensure a problem-free installation.
  • Grow year-over-year sales results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales, customer service, account management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of outside sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in business development and territory sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
