As an Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication services. This position involves door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers, where you will actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new residential customers through proactive outreach and consultative sales techniques. You will be responsible for conducting needs analyses, developing sales presentations, and accurately completing all necessary paperwork to support your sales activities. This role requires a tenacious and driven individual who thrives in an environment where rewards are based on effort, with uncapped potential for earnings. In addition to acquiring new customers, you will also be expected to support team goals by participating in sales meetings and training programs. Achieving monthly sales quotas across various products, including high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video services, will be a key performance indicator for this role. You will need to stay informed about competitors' activities in your assigned territory and report any changes in pricing or marketing strategies to your manager. The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to assigned territories, often in varying weather conditions. You will spend approximately 90% of your time in an outside environment, with minimal time spent in an office setting.
