This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while also providing opportunities for in-office collaboration once a week. As an Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. You will develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through regular, genuine communication. Conducting outside sales visits will be a key part of your role, as you will build relationships and provide exceptional service to clients through face-to-face interactions. This position requires a proven background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, with a preference for candidates with staffing sales or recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, including the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. Account management experience is essential, along with a proven track record in B2B sales. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are also critical for success in this role.
