The Outside Sales Representative for Mobile Health Solutions is responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the dental services sector, specifically targeting assisted living communities and nursing homes. This full-time role requires a goal-oriented individual with a strong background in technology sales and account management, who can analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and lead business development initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm calling and networking.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
• Lead business development efforts by identifying potential clients and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sales with a focus on account management.
• Strong skills in analyzing data, negotiating deals, and marketing products/services effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in business development with a knack for identifying new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
