About the position

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our automotive parts sales team. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in software applications and tools to streamline sales processes and develop a lead generation plan to drive new business opportunities. Managing and expanding a customer base through targeted business development initiatives will be a significant part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an account manager, preferably in auto parts, wholesale, insurance and/or B2B environment
  • Strong background in account and sales management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Experience with territory management and lead generation strategies
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and partners
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record/background check are required
