About the position

The Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager at Axxess Communications Inc. is responsible for driving sales and managing client accounts within a designated geographical territory. This role focuses on selling POS systems, merchant processing, telecom, and financial services to retail stores, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular visits and support. Responsibilities

  • Contact regular and prospective clients to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Open new retail stores and service existing accounts.
  • Expand product offerings with existing accounts.
  • Recommend products to clients based on their needs.
  • Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  • Achieve increasing sales revenue quotas over time.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer sales-related needs.
  • Create and drive strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, comfortable using a tablet and various online programs.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with customers and management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • 1 year of sales experience required.
