About the position

We are seeking entrepreneurial-focused Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-growing, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving productivity across the sales organization, being a true "hunter" for new business opportunities and supporting existing clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, where the representative will take ownership of outbound sales activities, including calls to potential customers, lead follow-ups, project pipeline management, and converting prospects to customers. The candidate must have the capability to create a detailed profile of prospective buyers and existing clients, identify and qualify business opportunities in under-penetrated territories, and collaborate with the Sales Manager on territory planning and event strategy. Additionally, maintaining a CRM database to track sales cycle metrics and build a pipeline is essential. The representative will be expected to achieve individual and company sales targets, providing regular updates to management on account status. Participation in client meetings, trade shows, networking events, and conferences is also part of the role. Integrating sales efforts with other organized marketing activities will be crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of outbound sales activities, including calls to potential customers, lead follow-ups, project pipeline management, and converting prospects to customers.
  • Create a detailed profile of prospective buyers and existing clients.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities in under-penetrated territories.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of outside Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM or other sales tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business development acumen.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively.
  • Experience in warm calling and building rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
  • Natural leadership qualities, Team player, positive Attitude.
  • Industry knowledge or the ability to learn and adapt to a new industry.
