About the position
The Outside Sales Representative for Dental Services is responsible for developing and managing client relationships within assisted living communities and nursing homes in Northeast Florida. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and converting leads into new patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate contracts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm calling and networking.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying potential clients and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sales with a focus on account management.
- Strong skills in analyzing data, negotiating deals, and marketing products/services effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in business development with a knack for identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
