About the position

The Outside Sales Representative for Dental Services is responsible for developing and managing client relationships within assisted living communities and nursing homes. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and converting leads into new patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm calling and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying potential clients and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales with a focus on account management.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data, negotiating deals, and marketing products/services effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development with a knack for identifying new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
