About the position

The Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager is a commission-based role focused on developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence. The position requires a strong background in sales and account management, particularly in service-based sales, with an emphasis on effective communication, negotiation, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce products and services, effectively communicating their benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements
