About the position

Signarama New Tampa is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager for its Tampa/Lutz location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, along with a commission structure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating leads, developing provided leads, and discerning the prospect's needs. Building relationships with clients, selling to them, and servicing those accounts are key components of this role. Additionally, the representative will manage existing accounts when provided, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. The responsibilities of the Sales Representative include prospecting and cold calling potential clients, consulting with customers to determine their needs, and providing recommendations based on those needs. The representative will also be responsible for providing quotes for both interior and exterior branding projects, communicating these quotes to clients, and closing deals. Assisting internally with order processes and managing accounts effectively is crucial. The role also involves attending sales and marketing meetings as scheduled and reporting within provided platforms. At Signarama, we utilize state-of-the-art technology to design branded environments through the manufacturing and printing of customized signs, graphics, banners, dimensional signs, channel letters, monument signs, and much more. We are looking for a team player who possesses excellent people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. While sales experience in the sign or branding industries is a plus, it is not necessarily required if the candidate demonstrates the right qualities and enthusiasm for the role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 4 years of sales experience (required).
  • 2 years of sales experience in the signs industry (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license (required).
  • Ability to relocate to Lutz, FL before starting work (required).
