About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative for ACO Community Services of America, you will be responsible for managing a personal territory within Indiana. This role is crucial for our 85-year-old family business, which prides itself on providing unique and dignified Public Relations Services to small American towns with populations ranging from 2,000 to 8,000. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ethical foundation, as you will be directly engaging with business owners to help them enhance their community presence and business impact. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to meet your targets. You will be expected to maintain accurate sales records and document client interactions meticulously. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure customer support and satisfaction. The role requires a commitment to representing the company honestly and ethically, fostering trust and long-term relationships with clients. The compensation structure includes a base salary plus commission, with top producers earning between $100,000 and $160,000 annually. Additionally, a straight commission plan is available, providing flexibility in how you choose to earn your income. The company also offers a travel allowance to support your work-related travel, which may require you to be away from home for three to four nights per week.

Requirements
