About the position

We're on the lookout for a dedicated, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to spearhead our sales expansion! As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in presenting our premier products and services to new and existing customers through in-home leads. You will manage up to 3 pre-qualified leads daily, ensuring optimal sales opportunities and maximizing your earning potential. Your responsibilities will also include participating in regular sales meetings and conference calls to stay at the forefront of industry trends, as well as collaborating with the Sales Manager to guide and support our existing sales team. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of college education (preferably a 4-year degree) or 5+ years of proven sales experience. In-home sales experience would be a valuable asset, as you will need to influence decision-making and deliver results within a brief sales cycle. Exceptional professional presentation skills are essential to engage clients effectively, and you should be driven by the motivation to achieve a high six-figure income annually. Familiarity with iPad usage and associated software is required, and while not mandatory, proficiency in design software would be advantageous. We offer a guaranteed salary of $45,500 per year, along with uncapped bi-weekly commissions and monthly bonuses, allowing for limitless earning potential. Additionally, you will benefit from an annual pay increase incentive compensation plan to reward your dedication. Pre-qualified leads will be provided, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door canvassing.
